Invention reconfigures the conventional heavy metal bulb into a dynamic sailing appendage.

Adjustable (Rotation & Pitch)
Bulb is rotated by cables connected to linear actuators housed in the canting mechanism Rotation controls the direction of the moment of lift, while pitch changes the 'angle of attack' of foil – to increase or decrease amount of 'lift' foil generates
